Found a place online that seems suitable but need help making sure it’s right for you? We can let you know if a listing is as good as it looks and inspect the property on your behalf. What this service includes

Research
We review your shortlisted properties and identify any issues that may not be obvious from the online listing (e.g. misleading photos, complex rental history, etc.).

Feedback
We discuss our findings with you and help you determine which properties, if any, are worth inspecting.

Inspection
We inspect each of the properties you are still interested in, on your behalf, via a live video call (WhatsApp, or Zoom)

FAQs
Who is this service for?
People who are unable to attend inspections in person (e.g. those relocating from interstate or overseas) or would like professional advice on the properties they are considering.
How much does this service cost?
The price of this service varies depending on the number of properties you would like reviewed and inspected:
Review 4 & inspect 1 property - $ 250 + GST
Review 6 & inspect 3 properties - $ 660 + GST
Each additional property (beyond the third) - $ 200 + GST
If, based on our initial assessment, you choose not to proceed with the inspection of a property, a partial refund ( $ 120 + GST ) will be provided. This can be used as credit toward the review and inspection of an additional property, or any other YHH services.
How long does this service take?
We require a minimum of 48 hours between booking this service and the first inspection. This gives us time to review the online listings and provide detailed feedback.
