Our Journey
Your Home Hunter was founded on a belief that everyone deserves to live somewhere they love. Having been tenants, landlords, and property managers, we appreciate the unique challenges of renting. In particular, we know how hard it can be to find – and secure – the perfect rental property.
Since 2018, we have helped hundreds of renters find a new home that truly suits their needs. We have worked with everyone from high-level executives and elite athletes to young professionals and growing families. We have also developed strong relationships with a network of agencies, giving us access to the widest range of properties available.

FounderAfter spending nearly 30 years working in highly focused Customer Service roles, including her previous start up business and as a Flight Attendant, Wendy has developed an intuitive understanding of people - she knows what tenants want and is an expert on the Rental Market.
As the first point of call for Property Managers looking for quality tenants, Wendy knows that how well she communicates with and understands renters needs is the key to matching them with the right property to call home.
Wendy has been the recipient of numerous Customer Service and Excellence in Business Awards and has been both a Landlord and a Tenant.
In addition to her extensive Customer Service and business experience Wendy is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent.

Our inspector team is experienced in a wide range of customer service backgrounds, all with a strong interest in property. The team members conduct inspections on behalf of our clients to assess a potential home for condition and suitability. The client receives honest and frank views on aspects of a property, both good and not so good.
