By almost every measure, 2024 was the biggest and most successful year in Your Home Hunter’s history. In addition to expanding our reach and growing our client base, we also streamlined our processes and further strengthened our capability. Achieving all of this took significant effort and we are immensely thankful to everyone who contributed to our success.
With 2025 now well and truly underway, our focus is on building on the momentum we gained last year. In doing this, we will be concentrating on three important growth areas.
Building our network
We firmly believe that the key to our success is the strength of our relationships. And, in particular, it’s the support of our agency contacts that allows us to achieve the results we do.
Acknowledging this, over the next 12 months, we will be actively seeking to reinforce and expand our network. As part of this, YHH’s Founder and Principal, Wendy Eva-Scott, is planning regular trips to catch up with our key partners. These will be opportunities to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and discuss ways to further improve our client experience.
This builds on a whirlwind trip Wendy made in July last year, visiting valued partners in Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane. This was an extremely busy, but productive, week that provided some great insight into the state of the market. It also allowed us to connect with agencies we’d recently worked with, putting faces to names, and discussing the value we provide.

Expanding our service offerings
We are always looking for new ways to support renters who are searching for their next home. While our Full Service Package continues to be our most popular offering, our Search Location Review and Property Review and Inspection services have also attracted strong interest over the last 12 months. We believe this demonstrates a clear demand for other, lighter-touch packages of rental search support.
Acknowledging this, over the coming year, we are planning to continue growing our service catalogue. In particular, we are aiming to introduce new options for renters with limited budgets and those looking outside our main service areas. We are currently working through the finer details of these offerings and look forward to launching them over the coming months.
Growing our team
While our reach has grown significantly over the last few years, our core team has remained quite small. However, as the business enters it’s eighth year, we are considering how we best structure ourselves to support ongoing growth. As part of this, we have identified the additional capabilities and capacity we require, in both the short and long term.
Guided by this roadmap, over the next few months we will add a couple of new members to our team. We believe this additional energy and expertise will allow us to continue growing, while maintaining our commitment to providing a superior client experience.
