Customer Profile - Kristian and Stefanie*

The current market conditions are making it harder than it’s ever been to find suitable properties for our clients. Even with our network of industry contacts, finding and securing the perfect place is still a real challenge. However, all the hard work makes it even sweeter when we do land our clients somewhere they love.

This was definitely the case with Kristian and Stefanie, who were relocating from mainland Europe to Brisbane for work. Both medical professionals, they had already lined up jobs at a local hospital, so their time frame was set. They also had a young daughter, so wanted to be in a safe, family-friendly area with plenty of amenities.

Given their time was limited, they decided they needed some help managing their search, and were referred to us by a previous client. From our first meeting, it was clear that they would be wonderful clients and great tenants. Their expectations were also very reasonable, so we were excited to help them secure their new home.

Despite their search seeming fairly straightforward, finding the right property proved quite difficult. Stock in their target areas was limited and most of the available options weren’t suitable. Thankfully Kristian and Stefanie were happy to persist and eventually we found a place that looked just right.

As Stefanie had already arrived in Brisbane, we arranged for her to inspect the property in person, accompanied by one of our Inspectors. Together, they confirmed that the place had everything the family needed, so we immediately started working on securing it for them. And just a few short weeks later, they were settled into their lovely new home.

Kristian and Stefanie were an absolute delight to work with and we’re so happy we could make their move to Brisbane a little easier.
